Jet black with a little silver flake. I absolutely love how they turned out. Here’s hoping the tire guy doesn’t F$#% them up!

Update: They go in Saturday to get the new tires installed. Here’s hoping all goes well.

Looking good!

I've gotta ask, with as often as you paint stuff, do you have a paint hookup? How much money have you spent on paint this year? ;)

Daaaaaaang!

I painted my rims last year. They turned out a crayon equivalent of a stick figure at ihop.

They will care when they learn they will be paying to have them professionally refinished if they mess them up ;)

Currently, around $300, but that’s just clear coat.

The paint I used on the car was stuff I threw together out of paint I had sitting around, then made it what I wanted using the paint mixing bank I picked up ( free, dude just wanted it gone ).

The wheels also came out of the black base coat in said mixing bank, with a little flake thrown in.

The most expensive paint job I’ve done was the white/purple 2-tone on my old Acclaim. I think that totaled $800 in supplies.

My Dad, My Uncle, and I have painted a lot of vehicles over the years, so we have a lot of supplies accumulated.
